Consignor Information

Entering your consignor information correctly is very important, ESPECIALLY YOUR CONSIGNOR NUMBER. Supplying the correct information helps to ensure sold items are credited to the correct consignor, and that you get the extra % on your sold items if you help at the sale. Enter all information carefully, and double check to be sure it's correct.  If you are unsure of your consignor number, see the example:

L-138-ZZJ is the consignor# for this example. Your own consignor# is printed on all of your tags and also appears in your account when you log into the JBF tagging site.

If you don't know your consignor#, don't guess or make one up. Do not enter your name, phone#, etc. in the consignor# field. Familiarize yourself with your consignor#. You will need it to drop off, pickup and have questions answered about your account.


Drop Off

Wednesday & Thursday, March 5 & 6 by appointment

Select a Drop Off time that works with your schedule. Children are welcome, but we strongly suggest not bringing them to Drop Off.  Check in when you arrive and follow the instructions for putting your items on the sales floor.  Please bring your own rack, wagon, cart or other means to get items from your car into the venue. (We have a limited number of racks for consignors to use).  Plan to arrive up to 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time or up to 20 minutes after. Arriving too early or too late may result in delayed entry or cancellation of your appointment.


Unsold Items

  • If you chose to donate your unsold items when you entered and printed your item tags, you're all set. We have relationships with area non-profit organizations whose mission is to serve those in need. You can feel good knowing that your unsold items will be used and loved by others who appreciate your generosity.

  • If you chose not to donate your unsold items when you entered and printed your item tags, you must reserve an appointment below to pick them up.

     Please Note, items having tags that show they are to be donated will be donated even if you check here that you are picking them up. This form is for you to make an appointment to pick up your items, it in no way changes what you have printed on your tag.

I am the owner of and have carefully inspected the items that I am consigning. Each item is clean, in good operating condition & is not defective, broken or damaged in any way. If any item is purchased and returned because it is defective, is missing parts or does not work, I will not be paid any amount for the sale of that item.

I understand and agree that Just Between Friends (JBF) of Reno and Just Between Friends Franchise Systems, Inc. are not responsible for fire, loss, theft or damage to the items I am consigning.
I understand that JBF of Reno is only a broker or agent for the Consignor. JBF of Reno has no obligation to pay for unsold items. Title possession remains with the Consignor.

I verify that no item I am consigning is the subject of any current, pending or threatened recall notice according to the Consumer Products Safety Commission. I have inspected each item for safety, including checking all pockets for choking hazards or for items that may pose a risk to children.

I understand that there are risks associated with selling items in a public venue, and I have the option to place high value and/or high theft items in more secure locations. It is my responsibility to place my items in these secure areas during Drop Off (please inquire when you arrive).

I understand JBF Reno will sell the items I am consigning for the price listed on the barcode tags I have created. I understand that the price sold will be controlled by the printed tag attached to the item & not any subsequent changes online.
I understand if my item is marked full price, it will only be sold at full price; if my item is marked to reduce, it will be discounted during Half Price Presale and on 50% off day.

I understand that if I have marked my items to DONATE, they will have one additional opportunity to sell AFTER the close of the 50% off sale. Sort Team will be able to purchase items marked DONATE while they sort for 75% off the ticketed price, REGARDLESS of whether they are marked to reduce.

I understand that I will earn 60% of the gross sales actually received by JBF of Reno for the items I offer for sale. I understand that the email address listed in my JBF Profile will be used to issue my consignor payment approximately two weeks after the sale unless I request a paper check sent via US mail.

I understand that unsold items that are NOT marked DONATE will be sorted to the first letter of my consignor number. I will be responsible for picking up my items from each area.
I understand that items JBF cannot accept will be returned to me at the final step of drop off. Any items pulled from the sale floor DURING the sale will be placed in a rejected items area for me to gather at item pick up. JBF will donate all items marked “Donate”, and all other items not picked up by 8:01pm on SUNDAY.

I understand that by appearing in a public venue as a shopper or consignor, JBF has my permission to use my image in any JBF publicity avenue they choose. I may verbally request to not be photographed at the Sale.
